About Cambridge Bridge Club

According to its constitution, the purpose of Cambridge Bridge Club is:
"... the amicable conduct of duplicate contract bridge competitions of a high standard in accordance with the Laws of the game..."
The club is affiliated to the English Bridge Union (EBU). It meets and plays three main sessions of bridge per week.

Visitors & New Members

We welcome visitors and new members!  If you would like to play at CBC, please contact the Membership Secretary.

Membership costs £15 per year (discounted to £5 for students), and the membership year runs from 1 June to 31 May.  Note: No membership fee is being charged for 2020/2021 due to the Covid crisis.

Hosted Sessions

Most Tuesday and Wednesday evening sessions are hosted evenings. These provide the opportunity for players to arrive without a partner and still be able to play.
Hosted evenings are indicated on the calendar.

To find out more about the current committee members and their contact details, visit our committee page.

The committee is elected at the Club AGM each April. New volunteers to join the committee are always welcome - speak to the Chairman at any time!
